Charlie’s Doghouse, Inc was inspired by the love we have for our dog, Charlie. After our daughter moved away, Charlie was home alone for eight hours a day–a fact that never failed to upset us. After we adopted Charlie’s brother, Snoopy, we felt better knowing that he at least had a playmate. But we were still worried about their happiness and welfare while we were away. We knew we were not alone. Since there was no doggie daycare in our area, and we have pet care experience in the family, it just seemed the natural thing to do…to open a doggie daycare. We know how much you love your pet and promise to show him that same love when he is in our care.
Ken and Diana Schoeneck come from a long background of business experience. Ken has owned his own painting and tile contracting business for over 20 years. Diana has been an accountant for 30 years, with experience in retail, not-for-profit and governmental areas. They have put this experience together with their love of animals to create Charlie’s Doghouse!
